Your order will be sent as Priority Shipping with Swiss Post and it will arrive to your door within 2-3 business days

You will receive a tracking number from the Swiss Post as soon as your order is processed and shipped.

Order

Yes, you may be able to cancel your order depending on its status in our system. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may be possible to cancel it. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may need to return the product according to our return policy if you no longer wish to keep it. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and they will do their best to assist you. We strive to provide excellent customer service and will work with you to resolve any issues or concerns you may have.

Our return policy allows customers to return products within 14 days, for a full refund or exchange. The products must be in their original condition and packaging. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Postage costs for returns are at the expense of the buyer.
If you need to return a product, please contact our customer service team and they will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

If the delivered products have obvious material or manufacturing defects, which also include transport damage, the customer is obliged to complain about such defects immediately after receipt to the service provider (e.g. carrier, post office) and to refuse acceptance. The customer is obliged to obtain a damage confirmation report from the service provider (e.g. forwarding agent, post office). All transport damages must also be reported immediately to Protecc Customer Service (customerservice@protecc.ch). Furthermore, the customer is obliged to keep all packaging material until the case has been settled.

As well, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the ordered products immediately upon receipt and to report any defects or deviations from the order in writing to Protecc within 14 days. After this period, only hidden defects can be claimed.

A defective product must be returned immediately to the address indicated on it, together with the proof of purchase and any return slip. Protecc reserves the right to demand proof of the defect.
